New 2012 Bill Nash E-52 Fralin 100% American USA guitar light 6lbs10oz

Brand new 2012 Bill Nash Butterscotch Blond, Medium aging USA E-52 Guitar. Great Player, great tone.  This is a perfect playing guitar.

Beautiful, butterscotch blond.  Beautiful frets, very lightweight ash, very resonant (and light at 6 lbs 10 oz) and Fralin at the bridge, the the best vintage boutique pickups on the market, in my opinion.  Very powerful, very smooth, not at all brittle like the stock USA fender pickups.  The tonal variety with just this one pickup will stun you.  As Jeff Beck said, sometimes you only need one pickup.  The three position switch gives you three distinct tones.  And nothing plays better than an aged Bill Nash guitar.  This is how Leo meant his guitars to play, feel and sound.  This one is a new 2012, never displayed Nash E-52.  Perfect set-up.  Great tone.

Nice full sounding, very powerful, very articulated Fralin. 

This guitar has great resonance and you forget what great resonance is on an electric when you haven’t heard it in awhile. You will never find a guitar this resonant off the wall at Guitar Center, or through the mail from Musician’s Friend. A combination of the wood that Nash hand-selects, the very thin coat of nitrocellulose lacquer, a properly seated neck pocket, and the appropriate density of the woods used. Combine this with the Fralin and you really have a match made in heaven. Finally a guitar that sounds and plays like the originals did in the late 50’s. This is a guitar that can last you a lifetime, and just get better over the years.
